Andrea Bursten has Argentinean ancestry. Her husband Federico Ribero, an Argentinean writer and businessman, who passed away on 17 June 2013, been widowed. In May 2011 the businessman received a lung cancer diagnosis. Since then, his health is getting worse, and he lost the battle. Federico Ribero's death has now been precisely 10 years.
